MizHands On Spa goals are to follow standard spa policy so everything that I state here is what you will also get from another spa company but only better. By appointment only, your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. Megg request that you please review & read our cancellation policy carefully.
For an appointment, Megg requires at least 7 days in advance for any bookings and if lucky, you can also try to book 48 hours in advance, unless Megg is overbooked.but 48 hours are possible unless Megg is overbooked. That’s why she recommends you to schedule 7 days in advance so you can have your spot before someone else claims theirs.
To have an appointment, you must provide a valid credit card, exp date, cvv code (back of your card), billing address & full name on the card to guarantee your spot. Your info will NOT be shared & this prevents last minute cancellations, charges will be made. This also guarantees your spot. This is mandatory or NO appointment.
Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a total amount of cancellation fees – the amount is based on the services you requested.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you need to email Megg immediately at spa@meggrose.com. Please make sure to leave your name, appointment date and time. Please do NOT contact Megg through Facebook. Minimum of 48-hours notice.
If you fail to reschedule or cancel your appointment in advance in 48-hours, 100% of the service price will be charged. No exceptions!
This cancellation policy exists is because when clients postpone or cancel their appointment, they leave Megg empty appointment blocks and this is also unfair to my other clients who had to compromise their schedule to seize their opportunity to experience Megg’s services.
Payment Policies
If your payment is NOT received in FULL on the day of your booked appointment, 35 dollars per day will be charged at the day of appointment until payment is received in FULL. Megg advise to pay in full to avoid extra charges.
NO charge will be made IF you reschedule your appointment on a later time on the same day, or the next day.
Please understand that arriving late will limit the time available for your treatment, this lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your timely arrival is appreciated. The later you arrive, the shorter your service will be.
For Mobile services, same rules apply. There are additional charges of traveling added to the treatment. For any booked mobile service appointments will require a credit card to hold your spot. Commuting from Bakersfield to designated city; for any cancellation LESS than 48 days notice, you will be charged 100% of the total service.
Any Cancellation more than 48 hours, will be charged 25% of the booked service because she will have to find your replacement however, this can be waived if you find her a replacement.
Very important, when you give your credit card information or confirm your appointment to MizHands On Spa staff, you automatically “signed your agreement” with MizHands ON Spa that you fully understand our policies. You are required to abide & pay your services on the date of your services requested. Charges only made on your appointment date, for NO show or same day cancellation.
